About

Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, I began working in the food industry at 17, starting with catering, waiting tables, and bartending. However, I was always drawn to the culinary side of the business. I have a deep passion for the outdoors, especially foraging and working with fresh, wild ingredients.

My mother, a professional cook for many years, inspired my love for food and the connection it fosters. Following in her footsteps, I began pursuing a career in the culinary arts in 2017 and graduated from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, Colorado.

In 2019, I joined the team at Zach's Cabin and Red Sky Ranch in Beaver Creek, Colorado. By 2022, I had advanced to the position of Sous Chef at Beano's Cabin. I eventually returned to the Philadelphia area to focus on private cooking.

Since 2023, I have worked as a catering chef for Chef Missy Catering, and as a personal chef for a family with homes in Princeton, New Jersey; the Hamptons; and New York City. I recently relocated to Brooklyn and am now available for all personal chef needs.
